About OpsStack
OpsStack is a backend operations brand built on over a decade of white-label infrastructure delivery.
We started doing this work long before we had a brand for it. For over 12 years, our team has operated behind the scenes for a European hosting provider and its downstream customer environments — handling escalations, migrations, abuse incidents, infrastructure troubleshooting, and day-to-day backend operations.
That work was always delivered under the client's brand. No public credit, no case study bylines, no logo on a partner page. That was the arrangement, and we were comfortable with it. The work spoke through uptime, resolved tickets, and clean handoffs.
OpsStack exists because we recognized that other hosting providers, MSPs, and infrastructure teams face the same operational gaps — and could benefit from the same kind of quiet, competent backend support we have been delivering for years.
We are not a staffing agency. We are not a generic outsourced helpdesk. We are a small, senior operations team that understands production environments and treats them with the seriousness they require.
